Due to this being a complete custom order, once your artwork has been produced and printed, we are unable to refund your name place cards. Please ensure that all the information you have given to us is correct when sending information for your order.
If you for some reason would like to cancel your name place cards before the printing stage, you will be able to receive a partial refund.
If there is a fault in the production of your name place cards, please contact us within 30 days and we will have a replacement sent to you.
